The Big FUT 15 Bronze Guide
If you like bronze squads with perfect chemistry in fifa 15, this guide will serve as a great tool to make that happen. The guide gives you the ten best leagues and ten best nations to build a full chemistry bronze squad featuring optimal player in-game statistics. For a description of the methodology, please check out the recent silver guide, where I explain how the players are evaluated and which attributes I find important for each position.
Top 10 bronze leagues
10. Primeira Liga (69 points, 210 players)
First up is the Portuguese league, where I was able to build a decent but not outstanding squad. The first highlight I would like to touch upon is “the pacy striker,” Sacko, who is among the top choices in this position across the whole bronze spectrum, given that he has the shooting, pace, and work rates right where they need to be.Best squad:
Ricardo Batista – Manassé Enza-Yamissi – Prince Désir Gouano – Nii Plange – Luís Rocha – Ramy Rabia – Dejan Školnik – Gonçalo Guedes – David Caiado – Bedi Buval – Hadi Sacko
= 6. Allsvenska (71 points, 379 players)
The Swedish league is next. The primary feature when building an Allsvenska squad is that it will include the best bronze keeper in the game. There are some decent choices on some other positions, while some are mixed with mediocrity.Best squad:
Marcus Sahlman – Jacob Une Larsson – Erik Moberg – Anton Tinnerholm – Adam Eriksson – Philip Haglund – Rawez Lawan – Jonas Lantto – Nicklas Bärkroth – Patrik Ingelsten – Måns Söderqvist
= 6. Tippeligaen (71 points, 227 players)
I found Tippeligaen (Norway) to be one of the top choices in FUT 14, and again this year, as it offers some interesting players. One particular player I would like to mention (although I didn’t put him in my recommended squad) is the 204 cm tall Tor Hogne Aarøy. On corners, this guy will rock the boat, but his L/L workrates are a bit of an issue. Another reason why Tippeliagen doesn’t move further up the list is that it really lacks a pacy striker.Best squad:
Duwayne Kerr – Dusan Cvetinovic – Morten Morisbak Skjønsberg – Jonas Svensson – Erdin Demir – Christian Landu Landu – Erik Mjelde – Flamur Kastrati – Mattias Moström – Morten Berre – John Cofie
= 6. Liga Adelante (71 points, 253 players)
The first of the 2nd divisions that derive from one of the top football countries is the Spanish Liga Adelante. A notable player in this league is a goalkeeper called Sotres. Despite his small stature (he is only 182cm tall) his key stats (diving, reactions, handling) are well up in the mid to high seventies. One key Liga Adelante mentionable: The ‘bronzes’ are quite expensive at the moment compared to some of the minor leagues.Best squad:
Biel Ribas – Álvaro – Charlie Dean I’Anson – Mikel Iribas – Espasandín – Diego Rivas – Emilio Sanchez – Iago Díaz – David Ferreiro – Joselu – Eloy Gila
= 6. Superliga (71 points, 134 players)
The Danish league offers a nice range of bronzers. The CBs are excellent, and you get some really great target players. However, the league does lack quality midfielders and pace.Best squad:
Mads Toppel – Sune Kiilerich – Mads Justesen – Frederik Holst – Jonas Knudsen – Martin Spelmann – Anders Christiansen – Johan Absalonsen – Kasper Fisker – Mads Hvilsom – Uffe Bech
5. A-League (73 points, 62 players)
Australia is next on the list. It’s a not a league that blows you away, but does offer plenty of pacy wingers and wide midfielders. There’s one decent target man in Matt Simon, but on the whole the A-League far behind the top leagues this year on most positions.Best squad:
Danny Vukovic – Michael Thwaite – Andrew Durante – Joshua Risdon – David Carney – Roly Bonevacia – Ruben Zadkovich – Craig Goodwin – James Virgili – Matt Simon – Jean Carlos Solórzano
4. FL Championship (80 points, 215 players)
The Championship usually works well as basis for a bronze squad, and this year is no exception. Although there’s thin selection at some positions, there are top players in all sections. Players worth mentioning: Giles Coke (CAM), who I consider the top bronze midfielder this year, and Alex Revell, an excellent target man.Best squad:
Mejías – Will Packwood – Harlee Dean – Cyrus Christie – Joe Mattock – Sam Hutchinson – Giles Coke – Marcus Olsson – Solly March – Alex Revell – Scott Hogan
3. K League (88 points, 254 players)
If the name Park Hee Chul doesn’t ring a bell, it should. He is this year’s top fullback in the bronze department. Besides him, you will find plenty of excellent players in this lineup. Another name worth mentioning is the pacy striker Kang Soo Il, who was in my recommended K-League selection last year as well.Best squad:
Kim Da Sol – Lee Kyung Ryul – Lee Yong Gi – Lee Kyu Ro – Park Hee Chul – Jung Hoon – Choi Young Jun – Kim In Han – Kim Young Sin – Lee Jong Ho – Kang Soo Il
2. Football League 1 (91 points, 153 players)
Football League 1 is among my favourites this year. With the exception of a pacy striker, FL1 features everything else, including an outstanding target man (Kevin Davies) and some excellent midfielders (Scougall, Derry). The only thing missing here is a speedy striker with a high attacking work rate. I have used Eoin Doyle, but Theo Robinson is definitely worth a look as well.Best squad:
Thorsten Stuckmann – Christian Burgess – Kyle McFadzean – Michael Smith – Tom Kennedy – Shaun Derry – Stefan Scougall – Mark Marshall – Danny Green – Kevin Davies – Eoin Doyle
1. MLS (93 points, 271 players)
It should be no suprirse that the MLS tops our list. It has been one of the best bronze leagues for years, and with a squad staffed with top players at almost all positions, it takes first place among leagues this year. The CBs are exceptional, but besides that, the primary strength of this selection is that it has no specific weaknesses anywhere, and is solid throughout.Best squad:
Joe Willis – Andrew Jean-Baptiste – Marvell Wynne – Steven Beitashour – Dylan Remick – Ben Zemanski – Davy Arnaud – Alex Caskey – Ethan Finlay – Devon Sandoval – Dominic Oduro
Top 10 bronze nations
10. Mexico (66 points, 282 players)
Mexico is first up on the list. It’s not a nation with top players on all positions. One notable detail is that Mexico offers a really strong range of CBs. If you care less about work rates than I do, you have the option of two defensively strong CB’s with +70 pace. But as I weight work rates highly, I did opt for slower alternatives in their place.Best players:
Miguel Ángel Fraga – Juan Carlos de la Barrera – Christian Pérez – Javier Abella – Luis Ricardo Esqueda – Antonio Gallardo – Edy Brambila – Gael Acosta – Alberto Medina – Víctor Omar Mañón – Marco Bueno
9. Belgium (66 points, 114 players)
While Beligum has decent players in four or five positions, the rest of this squad is mediocre. The few players worth mentioning: Ruytinx (ST) as target man, and Cuvelier (CAM).Best squad:
Bram Castro – Jeffrey Rentmeister – Kenneth Schuermans – Sébastien Locigno – Boli Bolingoli Mbombo – Gill Swerts – Florent Cuvelier – Soufiane Bidaoui – Jonathan Wilmet – Bjorn Ruytinx – Yannis Mbombo
8. Australia (69 points, 134 players)
A lineup with many decent players, but most of them a bit mediocre compared to the best players in their positions.Best squad:
Alex Cisak – Michael Thwaite – Eddy Bosnar – Joshua Risdon – Aziz Behich – Rostyn Griffiths – Massimo Luongo – Craig Goodwin – James Virgili – Matt Simon – Nikita Rukavytsya
7. Denmark (72 points, 154 players)
Apart from the CBs and target men, there isn’t much to say about the Danish bronzers. Again, a pacy striker would do Denmark the world of good.Best squad:
Mads Toppel – Sune Kiilerich – Mads Justesen – Frederik Holst – Jonas Knudsen – Martin Spelmann – Matti Lund Nielsen – Johan Absalonsen – Kasper Fisker – Mads Hvilsom – Uffe Bech
6. France (72 points, 304 players)
Do you like CBs with 80+ pace? Then France is the place to look!. What’s even more beautiful is that I was able to find two CBs with decent defending, 70+ pace and relevant work rates. Another key French feature is the attack, where you will find lots of quality and pace if you are into that.Best squad:
Joan Hartock – Denys Bain – Adrien Monfray – Eric Marester – Wilfried Moimbé – Abdoulaye Touré – Romain Grange – Wilfried Domoraud – Sofiane Boufal – Nicolas Fauvergue – Hadi Sacko
5. Spain (75 points, 147 players)
Spain is usually a good bronze nation, and with a high range keeper and a strong offensive line up, this year’s looks more than decent. The thing I do miss, though, is speed. There aren’t any players with 90+ pace, which is sort of disappointing.Best squad:
Mejías – Álvaro – Escassi – Mikel Iribas – Espasandín – Diego Rivas – Emilio Sanchez – Jacobo – David Ferreiro – Joselu – Eloy Gila
4. Sweden (77 points, 223 players)
Great fullbacks and wide midfielders are, if not the backbone, then definitely the muscle carrying this Swedish bronze squad. Once again though, the lack of a lightning quick guy up front is an issue.Best squad:
Marcus Sahlman – Jacob Une Larsson – Erik Moberg – Isak Ssewankambo – Adam Eriksson – Philip Haglund – Niklas Hult – Marcus Olsson – Nicklas Bärkroth – Patrik Ingelsten – David Moberg-Karlsson
3. United States (85 points, 178 players)
There aren’t many weak spots here: The MLS squad, which won the bronze league award, is the heart and soul of the all-American squad. The one thing missing is, you guessed it, the ‘high pace’ striker. Aside from that, this is a top squad that features plenty of speed at other positions.Best squad:
Joe Willis – Andrew Jean-Baptiste – Marvell Wynne – James Riley – Dylan Remick – Ben Zemanski – Davy Arnaud – Alex Caskey – Ethan Finlay – Devon Sandoval – Robbie Findley
2. Korea Republic (88 points, 218 players)
Korea, another dead cert in the world of bronze, is yet again near the top of our list. Last year’s Korean target man, Shung Hoon, is unfortunately not in the game this year. In his absence, this squad is without a top level target man.Best squad:
Kim Da Sol – Lee Kyung Ryul – Lee Yong Gi – Lee Kyu Ro – Park Hee Chul – Jung Hoon – Choi Young Jun – Kim In Han – Kim Young Sin – Lee Jong Ho – Kang Soo Il
1. England (100 points, 829 players)
You just can’t beat 829 bronze players. With such a broad range available to choose from, there will be plenty of options. My preferred squad selection has quality at all positions, and in more than one instance, the British bronzer turns out to be the best overall player available at that position. The most notable: Derry (CDM), Coke (CAM), Kevin Davies (target man) and Kwesi Appiah (pacy striker).Best squad:
Jonathan Bond – Christian Burgess – Kyle McFadzean – Michael Smith – Tom Kennedy – Shaun Derry – Giles Coke – Zavon Hines – Danny Green – Kevin Davies – Kwesi Appiah
